5 LotuForm - General admission

These fantastic cardio classes are suitable for anyone who wants to get in shape and train with great partners in a good atmosphere.

The classes are organized as HIIT (High intensity interval training). We emphasize a variety of exercises and proper form when training. An instructor is always present and will assist all participants.

We have a couple of things in mind when planning each class:

  • The exercises are fitting for everyone and scalable. Participants will be able work at their own tempo.

  • The exercises train the whole body.

  • The intensity is enough to obtain all the health benefits while also building strength

  • The training consists of variable exercises and are enjoyable.

We offer 9 weekly classes in our timetable during mornings and evenings, so everyone should be able to find a time that fits their schedule.

  • Mondays at 06:10 and 17:10

  • Tuesdays at 12:10

  • Wednesday at 06:10 and 17:10

  • Thursdays at 12:10 and 17:10

  • Fridays at 06:10 and 17:10

  • Saturdays at 10:00

5 Lotu form - Beginner Classes

The goal with beginner classes is to emphasize correct body posture and movement trough each exercise.

We go thoroughly over the technical aspect of kettle bell exercises. That way, all participants will obtain increased security while executing each exercise while simultaneously increasing their mobility.

The beginner class will proceed in a private group 2 times per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 20:10 and is supervised by a coach.
